Carrying Positions:

The Cradle Carry
GREAT FOR SMALL & SLEEPY BABIES

1) Begin by
folding your sling in half and placing it over your head on your dominant arm.
2) Open up the sling, creating a pouch for your baby.

3) Place your baby into the pouch feet first, then snuggle the rest of him securely into the sling.

4) The baby's head should always be nearest the shoulder the sling is resting on.

The Hip Carry
BABY SIMPLY RESTS ON YOUR HIP.
GREAT FOR BABIES WHO CAN HOLD UP THEIR HEADS AND TODDLERS

1) Begin by opening up the pouch over your hip.
2) With your baby facing you, place his bottom into the sling on the seam.
The pocket should be directly behind him.
3) This makes a little seat for him.
Be sure your babies bottom is actually inside the sling-his knees should be higher than his hips.

Kangeroo Carry
GREAT FOR AWAKE BABIES WHO LOVE WATCHING THE WORLD AROUND THEM & CAN HOLD UP THEIR HEADS.

1) When putting on your sling, align the seam with your belly button.
2) With your baby directly in front of you facing out, scrunch up his legs and open the pouch.

3) Place your baby's bottom down into the sling.

4) Always support your baby while bending over
.

Helpful Hints

Using your sling is simple and fun, but it takes a little practice
to find the most comfy position for you and your baby!
  • Practice when your baby is well-fed and rested.
  • Be sure your baby is secure before letting go.
  • Always support your baby when bending over.
  • When you get comfortable with it, you will love it!

Disclaimer:

You are ultimately responsible for using care and caution when using your BebeRoo Sling. ALWAYS use common sense when wearing your baby in a sling. For example, do not cook or handle anything dangerous within your baby's reach. And always be sure your baby is secure. Also, check the seams periodically to make sure they are holding up well and inspect your carrier for tears.
